Welcome to the Sheffield Motor Neurone Disorders Care and Research Centre

What we do

The Sheffield Motor Neurone Disorders clinic offers multi-disciplinary care and support to patients and carers living with Motor Neurone Disorders (MND). There is a dedicated team who aim to provide a high level of care and support to people living with MND. We are a regional centre that works closely with and is in regular contact with  community teams ensuring that patients and their carers receive specialist knowledge and advice to support individuals.

The care centre co-ordinator is a single point of contact for people with MND and their families.

It has a dedicated clinic with a multidisciplinary team who have expertise in the management of MND. The team works closely with the doctors, nurses and other community teams.
